Who we are
Foxel.net is an independent service run from the Netherlands. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.
Our prices and the Roblox gamepass fee
Roblox takes a fee on gamepass sales. You create a gamepass priced at the Robux amount shown on our site. Roblox keeps its fee on that sale, so the Robux that reach your account are less than the gamepass price. At the time of writing, Roblox’s fee is 30%. Roblox can change this at any time, and its current fee is the one that applies.
For example, a 10,000 Robux gamepass is priced at €50 on our site. Roblox’s fee on that gamepass leaves about 7,000 Robux in your account.
Our prices are in euros and are shown in full before you order. They do not include Roblox’s fee, which is charged by Roblox and is not our fee.
The comparison with roblox.com on our site uses Roblox’s own price of about €10.91 per 1,000 Robux, and it is calculated on the gamepass amount before Roblox’s fee. Because of the fee, the Robux you receive cost more than the gamepass price suggests. The saving you actually get depends on Roblox’s current fee and on the amount you choose. We will update the comparison when Roblox’s prices change.
Payments and fees
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: a 5% card fee is added to the price, and the total is shown before you continue. Apple Pay and Google Pay orders are arranged with us on Telegram.
- Solana (SOL) and Litecoin (LTC): no extra fee from us. Crypto payments are made through our checkout provider, CryptoPayIn. Any network fee charged by your wallet is paid by you.
- Crypto payments are final. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Please check the amount and the address on the checkout page before you send anything.
Delivery
We deliver after your payment is confirmed and we have checked your gamepass. Delivery times vary, and we will tell you on Telegram when yours is on its way. We do not guarantee a specific time.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver your order, you get your money back. Refunds for card payments go back to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are sent manually to a wallet address you give us, and the amount is what we received minus any fees that cannot be recovered. Contact us on Telegram to start a refund.
Roblox accounts
Using gamepasses and buying Robux from third parties may not be allowed under Roblox’s terms. Whether this affects your account is up to Roblox, not us. Use our service at your own risk, and make sure you understand Roblox’s rules before you order.
We never ask for your Roblox password. We only need your gamepass ID or Roblox username to deliver your order.

We do our best to deliver quickly and fairly. Apart from what this page and our refund rules say, we make no other promises about your order, your account, or Roblox’s services.
