Questions

Short answers to what people ask most.

How does ordering work?

Pick an amount, create a gamepass at the price shown, and press Continue on Telegram. We prepare your order message, you paste it into our bot, and we confirm payment details with you there. Once payment is confirmed and your gamepass checks out, we deliver your Robux.

Does the price include Roblox’s gamepass fee?

No. Roblox charges its own fee on gamepass sales, and it is not included in our price. The disclaimer explains exactly how it works.

How can I pay, and are there fees?

Solana (SOL) and Litecoin (LTC) are paid on our secure checkout page, with no extra fee. Apple Pay and Google Pay are arranged with us on Telegram and add a 5% card fee, which is shown in the total before you continue.

What if something goes wrong?

If we can’t deliver your order, you get your money back. Message us on Telegram and we’ll sort it out. Support is available between 12:00 and 22:00, Amsterdam time.

I can’t find my gamepass ID

Enter your Roblox username in the ID field instead, and make sure your gamepass is priced exactly as shown in step 2. We can help you on Telegram if you get stuck.

What is the minimum order?

Custom amounts start at 5,000 Robux. A 1,000 Robux option is available as a preset, but stock for it is limited, so we confirm it on Telegram.
